As the public debate becoming one of the essential pillars for development, understanding and cooperation in Europe common agenda for social development, new social media of communication are emerging on the market. The Medias are one of the key enablers for European citizens to better understand the world and participate in democracy, therefore EU endeavours to develop a discussion concerning the importance of strong and competitive Medias which will deliver pluralism, cultural diversity and shared responsibility underscoring the responsibility among all stakeholders engaged in the process of new media creation. As a stakeholder in the process of new emerging media Axeltra is exploiting its capacities for development of single or mutual media projects which should contribute for further development of 'media literacy' understood as the ability of people to critically analyse what they find in the media and to make more informed choices as essential presumption for active citizenship and democracy.
