A global entrepreneur, Beciragic began his career in Switzerland, where he studied at the Business School Lausanne. His IT career got underway when he won a contract from a Swiss bookstore to develop their online catalog, which he later turned into a full e-commerce site. The result was one of the early high exposure sites in Switzerland.
After the success of this project and after completing two similar projects, Beciragic moved to Macedonia, where he dedicated all his time and resources to building the proprietary e-commerce platform ampleShop. ampleShop became a de facto standard for the ColdFusion developer community, with more than 2000 implementations within a period of five years.
