After the success of this project and after completing two similar projects, Beciragic moved to Macedonia, where he dedicated all his time and resources to building the proprietary e-commerce platform ampleShop. ampleShop became a de facto standard for the ColdFusion developer community, with more than 2000 implementations within a period of five years.
As the market shifted toward the development of customized solutions and the advantages of benefiting from domain expertise, the company, as Axeltra, expanded its offerings to include a wide range of services in the area of business software application development. As the company grew, the business model evolved to address the new challenges posed by Axeltra’s largest client base, the software companies of Western Europe. Axeltra implemented a new set of managerial instruments that addressed the needs of this customer segment, minimizing overhead charges and protecting customer core competencies.
