Employment at Axeltra is full-time and long term. Axeltra works only with companies that have the strategic goal of expanding their existing workforce at a nearshore location. Axeltra carefully pre-selects companies with strategic interest in enlarging their workforce in a nearshore location through us.

Work from home option depends on project and team work requirements and should be communicated in advance during the employment process. We are not opposed to it as long as it does not affect the normal workflows.

Any overtime work must be agreed upfront and its duration and timing depends solely on you the employee and it is always compensated according to the local labor laws.
